- Not ship prohibited or restricted items without prior explicit agreement and necessary permits from GlobeTrack Shipping.

4. Pricing and Payments
All service quotes provided by GlobeTrack Shipping are estimates and may be subject to change based on actual cargo details, market fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cargo Insurance
While GlobeTrack Shipping takes utmost care in handling your cargo, we strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive cargo insurance. We offer various insurance options, including All-Risk Coverage. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, cargo is shipped at the owner's risk, and our liability is limited as per international conventions and our standard trading conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
GlobeTrack Shipping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
